TOPIC: Using M365 and the Power Platform to Demonstrate an End-to-End Solution for Employee On-boarding
While it’s nice to know “what buttons to push” when setting up individual workloads in Microsoft 365, this session will focus on how you can “connect the dots” between workloads to create a seamless automated process which can be used by various stakeholders to facilitate the on-boarding of new employees. In this demo, you will see how you can use SharePoint, Planner, and Teams with Power Automate and Power Apps to allow both staff from Human Resources and IT to follow up on tasks throughout the on-boarding process. The process also includes the automatic provisioning of accounts in Azure AD, assigning group membership to user accounts, and surfacing an employee’s office location in Microsoft Search results.

Becky is the owner of Savvy Technical Solutions, based in the greater St. Louis area. She has been building solutions on the Microsoft platform since 1999. She just got her 13th MVP award from Microsoft for Office Apps & Services. She is also a Microsoft Certified Trainer.
